Amar has led landmark developments like a 106-acre township in Zirakpur and over 4000 corporate housing closures in NCR. His people-centric approach and strategic advisory to leading developers such as ATS, Prateek, Patel, and Saha reflect his commitment to creating value-driven, sustainable communities. Currently, he is launching a new venture focused on future-ready, thoughtful living spaces that enrich lives beyond just structures.
